What if I need to cancel my stay?

As your stay is a respite break and not a holiday, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel.  If this is the case, all we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your dates to another Carer.

If you wish to rebook you will need to reapply – steps 1-3 above.

HOW TO FIND US

Proceed to the end of the tree-lined avenue, past the brilliant Darling Deli and turn right at the ‘t’ junction. After approximately 250m there is a left turning into Summer Lane. Continue down the hill (pass the primary school on your left and after 300m you will arrive at Kingham cottage). There is a private lay-by that can be used as a drop off point immediately outside the cottage. If you are coming from the M4, we would recommend J18
